THE PITA HOUSE DOUBLE WITH CHEESE. PATTIES AND BUN
WERE FROZEN...NOT A GREAT START. WITH THE VEGGIES
AND FLAVOR IT SAVED THE BURGER SOME AS A WHOLE.
PICKLE, LETTUCE, BANANA PEPPER, TOMATO, CUCUMBER SAUCE.
GOOD RATIO OF MEAT TO VEGGIES, COULD HAVE USED ONE MORE
SLICE OF CHEESE THOUGH. THE MEAT WAS ABOUT 1/4 TO 1/2 INCH
THICK. THE BUN WAS TOASTED PANNINI STYLE. BECAUSE IT WAS FROZEN, IT THAWED AND MADE SOME HARD SPOTS AND A TAD BIT THIN. IT HELD TOGETHER THOUGH. IT WAS A GOOD MASH OF FLAVOR. THE BANANA PEPPERS/PICKLE WERE GREAT. THE AFTER TASTE OF THE CUCUMBER SAUCE WAS CREAMY AND HINTY OF CUCS. THE MEAT HAD A CHARBROILED APPEAL, AS IF IT WERE CHARBROILED PREFROZEN . NOT BAD FOR A PITA PLACE.
