STARING OFF WITH A TRIPLE
WITH A PIECE OF CHEESE FOR EACH
PATTY, PEPPERJACK ON 2 AND AMERICAN
ON THE OTHER.
STEAMED SEASONED ON A KAISER BUN.
LETTUCE, TOMATO, PICKLE, ONION,MUSTARD,
CHIPOLTE MAYO, AND A-1 T/H.
BEFORE I FLIPPED THE BURGS, THEY LOOKED NOT
SO APPETIZING(GRAY AND OOZING) FROM STEAMAGE.
BUT THEY WERE VERY PLUMP AND JUICY. GOOD AMOUNT OF
CHEESE. A MELD OF FLAVORS AND TEVTURE. SORT OF UNRULY.
COULD HAVE FINISHED BREAKFAST THERE.
ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER THAT BURGER...
A TRIBUTE TO MINNEAPOLIS' JUICY LUCY.
LOW DOWN: TWO QUARTER INCH PATTIES BECOME A
COFFIN FOR A FEW INCH SQUARE PIECES OF CHEESE.
SEALED OFF UNTIL YOU BITE INTO THEM AND THEN BAM!
DRIPPY CHEESEY GOODNESS. I THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA
SO I TRIED IT MYSELF.
ADDED CHEESE TO THE TOP AND STEAMED IT. SO THE BURGER WAS
ENGULFED WITH CHEESE. LETTUCE, PICKLE, CHIPOLTE MAYO, MUSTARD,
KETCHUP, VERY DRIPPY. I SHOULD HAVE WORN GLOVES. PINK CENTER, CHEESE
DID NOT DRIP OUT AS IT SHOULD HAVE. IT WASNT QUITE FULLY COOKED SO IT
JUST STAYED PUT. THOUGH IT WAS MELTED. NOT BAD AT ALL, WOULD LOVE TO TRY
THE REAL THING.
