ENGINUITY

3/22/09

BREAKFAST AT STEAK N SHAKE
THIS IS A LITTLE NEW.
CHOPPED ONION AND JALAPENO
MASHED RIGHT INTO THE MEAT,
TWO PATTIES SEASONED.
BETWEEN THE MEAT I MADE
A POCKET FOR SOME SHREDDED
COLBY JACK CHEESE THEN MADE
A SINGLE PATTY OUT OF THEM.
STEAMED TO KEEP THE JUICES IN
AND TO COOK IT FASTER. ABOUT
AN INCH THICK AFTER COOKING.

ON A BAKERY BUN, LETTUCE,
TOMATO, CHIPOLTE MAYO,
MUSTARD, PICKLES, MAYBE.
A PIECE OF PEPPERJACK CHEESE
STEAMED AS WELL NEAR THE END
OF COOKING. COVERED THE BURGER
COMPLETELY.
CHOPPED STUFF WAS TOTALLY
FLAVORFUL. IT ADDED NEW TASTE TO
THE REST OF THE BURG. VERY GREASY,
BUT THAT WAS SORT OF EXPECTED.
ALL GOOD THOUGH. BUN WAS PERFECT
AND HELD UP TO THE MESS. NOT UNRULY.

LATER.
ONE SINGLE WITH CHEESE PEPPERJACK
AND AMERICAN STEAMED. CREATED A NICE
PINK CENTER AS WELL. LETTUCE, TOMATO,
ONION, PICKLE, MUSTARD, KETCHUP,
CHIPOLTE MAYO, LAST BITE WAS TOMATO
AND ONION. NOT A GREAT BITE.
