FIRST HOMEMADE BURGERS OF THE YEAR.
THE FIRST ONE WAS A DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER.
1/3 POUND PATTIES, ON WHITE BREAD.
BBQ SAUCE, MUSTARD, BACON, THREE PIECES OF BREAD...LIKE A BIG MAC.
I STARTED TO MAKE THE BURGS THEN I REALIZED
THAT THERE WEREN'T ANY BURGER BUNS. I
COULD HAVE DONE MUCH BETTER.
THE SECOND BURGER WAS JUST A SINGLE WITH CHEESE.
STILL 1/3 POUND AND A1 FOR THE CONDIMENT.
I ALSO SEASONED THE BURGER WITH FRESH GROUND
WHITE PEPPER AND CINNAMON. SOUNDS WEIRD I KNOW
BUT IT MADE THE KITCHEN SMELL NICE. THATS ABOUT IT.
I'M ALWAYS TRYING NEW SPICES AND SHTUFF. I WAS WAAAYYYY FULL
AFTER THAT MEAL.
ALL IN ALL, THESE BURGERS COULD HAVE BEEN ALOT BETTER.
